It would be nice if landlords kept rents reasonable. They jack it up so high people can't afford it. In the past 2 years my rent went up $350. I had to get rid of my cable TV so I could afford last increase. Yet they don't do anything to fix up my place. I've lived here 27 years and I'll probably have to live in my car if rent goes up again

Second year in, started getting people on the 12 months this year. Next summer, 12 month contracts will be a 100% requirement. Most people seem to enjoy the hands off approach of just paying a monthly fee to not have to worry about any of their lawn care. They get home and it looks fantastic week after week 👍🏼

Thank you for the words of encouragement! I just started a new job and it’s physically demanding and today is my first day off. Oy am I feeling the pain. God is good! I look forward to seeing the pond be fixed and filled and that people can enjoy God’s glory and grace in the peaceful surroundings.
